Please read carefully before buying:

Colour & Leather: Leather is natural, so slight differences in colour or texture are normal and not defects.

Leather Care: To keep your leather products looking their best:

• Avoid exposing leather to water and direct sunlight for long periods.
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth; avoid harsh chemicals.
• Condition your leather occasionally with a leather conditioner to keep it supple.
• Store leather items in a cool, dry place, ideally in a dust bag.
• Handle your items with care scratches and stains can occur if not treated properly.

 

Sizing & Change of Mind: We don’t do exchanges. Measure carefully and be sure before buying.

Defective Products:

• Notify us within 3 days if you think there’s a manufacturing defect.
• The product must be available for collection by our courier.
• Once we receive it, allow 5 working days for inspection.
• If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we’ll issue a gift card for the value of your purchase.
